I went through this last year. An electrical fire inside the wall pretty much destroyed the upper level. What the fire didn’t damage the fire department did!
Contact the Red Cross; they were very helpful to us. The Salvation Army helped us with clothing, blankets and odds & ends. Hope Hubby is OK . . .

We have insurance but now I have a three legged dog and nowhere to live and he has checkups coming up soon.
