A tiny Cavachon has been left with horrific injuries after its collar got caught when a carjacker tossed him out of his owner's Range Rover.
The one-year-old pooch, whose name has not been released, was rushed to an animal hospital following the terrifying ordeal in Long Island.
The thief crept up on his owner's flashy 2020 SUV - which sells for around $70,000 - while she was filling up at the BP gas station on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola....
...The thief then sped away before trying to launch the dog out of the window, where his collar got caught and he was dragged along the busy road.
The pooch was ripped across the tarmac for miles before he was finally able to free himself....

death penalty for the perp! Not just because he threw the dog out, dragging it for miles, but because he was too stupid to realize the hybrid retails for anywhere between $3-6K and he could have gotten a huge reward for its return. (stock photo below not actual puppy)

Never heard of it, either. But he’s a cute fellow. I’m guess it is a mix of Cavalier King Charles and Bijon Frise. We had a Bijon who was a great little guy. We’ve got a Goldendoodle now — cute, friendly, smart as a tack, gets really excited when you come home. But barks way too much. Who knew a 20 pound pooch could bark so LOUD?
