Mr. Beard read his contract and the contract does not state being convicted of a felony, it states being charged with a felony, and he is charged with a felony. Mr. Beard violated the terms of the contract he signed with the University of Texas.
If its a lie he didn’t violate anything. It would then be that Mr Beard was a victim of a fradulent setup by a vindictive party trying to deprive him of his livlihood by deliberately exploiting said clause in his contract.
