All I’ve heard is that “Comirnaty” is Pfizer’s M-Rna vax.
No way would I trust it.
While I don’t plan on administering any COVID shots, and I know that there is a legal distinction between the original EUA-marketed shots and Comirnaty (one cannot be substituted for the other), I read this (https://brownstone.org/articles/is-pfizers-fda-approved-comirnaty-vaccine-available-in-the-us/) and it was not only a little old, but didn’t really give any answers. It was also wrong about the formulations being, “legally the same” if I read it correctly.

I haven’t found anything more recent.
Comirnaty is not available, never was and never will be in this country.
The FDA-approved Comirnaty (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) and the FDA-emergency use authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for individuals 12 years of age and older, when prepared according to their respective instructions for use, can be used interchangeably to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. Therefore, providers can use doses distributed under EUA to administer the vaccination series as if the doses were the licensed vaccine. For purposes of administration, doses distributed under the EUA are interchangeable with the licensed doses. The FDA conducted a rigorous evaluation of post-authorization safety surveillance data pertaining to myocarditis and pericarditis following administration of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and determined that the data demonstrate increased risks, particularly within the seven days following the second dose. The observed risk is higher among males under 40 years of age compared to females and older males. The observed risk is highest in males 12 through 17 years of age. Available data from short-term follow-up suggest that most individuals have had resolution of symptoms. However, some individuals required intensive care support. Information is not yet available about potential long-term health outcomes. The Comirnaty Prescribing Information includes a warning about these risks.

This was the “fake” by Pfizer & CDC to pretend that the “vax” in US was “approved” by FDA and end-around EUA. They had the big ceremony pretending that “vax” was approved whereas it was rather Cominarity and, then, FDA + Pfizer explained the “approved” product would actually never be manufactured or sold in the USA.
Don’t sweat it. The plaintiff has to prove willful misconduct on your part. Negligence is not enough.
