While I don’t plan on administering any COVID shots, and I know that there is a legal distinction between the original EUA-marketed shots and Comirnaty (one cannot be substituted for the other), I read this (https://brownstone.org/articles/is-pfizers-fda-approved-comirnaty-vaccine-available-in-the-us/) and it was not only a little old, but didn’t really give any answers. It was also wrong about the formulations being, “legally the same” if I read it correctly.
I then found this (https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2021/10/20/fact-check-comirnaty-pfizers-fda-approved-vaccine-available-us/8538861002/), which is loaded with so much bullsh¡t it could supply the nation with fertilizer.
There was also this (https://www.city-data.com/forum/politics-other-controversies/3327322-cdc-confirms-comirnaty-not-available-usa.html) but it’s also a bit old.
I haven’t found anything more recent.
