Nuts are fine, and no I don’t view the 20 folks who aren’t bending knee to McCarthy as terrorists.

Do I agree with everything all of them are doing? No, but I don’t agree with everything the other 202 who voted for McCarthy are doing either.

Honestly, McCarthy has no one to blame but himself for this fiasco, as far as I’m concerned.. You want to be Speaker, the job of speaker is to drive the agenda and make sure you have the support to get it done.

If he can’t manage to negotiate a settlement and get 16 more of his own caucus to vote for him to be speaker, why would anyone think he will be able to rally the troops to get the votes and support for legislation etc?

What is going on right now, is how its supposed to work.. what folks really should be asking themselves is why for more than 100 years has every speaker from both sides of the aisle won of the first round?

That, to me, tells you more about where we are today, than the fact that this time it’s not playing out that way.

As far as I’m concerned, this is a whole lot of hand wringing over nothing. My life isn’t going to change whether McCarthy gets the votes today or tomorrow, or 20 votes from now or ever.. Nor will nearly anyone else’s outside of the beltway....

I haven’t read or heard anything about McCarthy talking to anyone about anything. Just soaking up the adoration and support of 202 clowns that are there to go along, to get along and make money.

If this thing has shown one thing, aside from all the noise, it is that these folks think they should be ANOINTED. All they have to do is put in the time, kiss the right a$$es and when the time comes they will have earned their chance.

Nary a one of them gives one flying f**k what any of us thinks.

He’s supposed to get it not because of the things he’s accomplished or the stands he’s taken, but because of who he’s served. And in this case McCarthy has served the UNIPARTY, Ryan, Boehner, WEF, Wall St, Globalists.

This whole thing is showing that 202 folks haven’t attempted to reach out to any of the people that voted for them. The voters are supposed to just STFU and dutifully vote for the same old sh*t every 2, 4, or 6 years. Bitch and moan how there are no fighters and things never change.

Now there are 20 doing a little bit of fighting and folks are mad.
