The only cheese I’ve disliked was a fresh goat cheese. But I’m open to possibly finding milder ones...
Goat cheese is like liver pate - something I want to like when it’s described, but just don’t.

I do love duck pate. I hadn’t had any in 30 years until this last September and it was in the menu at the restaurant we went to on vacation. So nice to have it again, but it wasn’t as good as I remember from years ago.
I don’t think I’ve ever eaten goat cheese.
