I have the screenshot of the Tweet from his doctor before the tweet and account were deleted. I'll wait for the medical staff or coroner's report for proper analysis.

The Twitter community has done some digging. The account purporting to be the player's doctor was a fake. There is a doctor by the same name and clearly not the party who created the account the tweet. The ball remains in the court of those treating the player.
