Will one of those led light helmets for preventing hair loss do the trick?

Probably wouldn't hurt. Aren't those supposed to be good for dementia too? Or is that a different helmet/wavelength(s)?

The video talked about certain wave lengths being able to penetrate to the lungs. The video wrapped up, strongly suggesting you get out in the sun. And even called for redesigning hospitals to provide more sunlight to patients.

Getting out in the sun provides a benefit by creating active vitamin D. That helps block attachment of SARS-Cov-2 to the ACE2 receptor. Direct sunlight is the most efficient way to increase vitamin D in the blood. Oral vitamin D requires multiple synthetic steps that rely on vitamin K2, magnesium and restriction of fructose containing foods. The kidneys are the bottleneck in the oral vitamin D pathway.
