I think you will find this interesting.
WE were had
This is the kind of stupid crap they are wasting the Trillions of dollars they got from the fake pandemic racketeering shakedown
So maybe infra-red saunas might be good. They help respiratory issues as well. That dry, hot air.
The infrared light vests caused improvement in hypoxemia and blood clots. Probably through Melatonin.
Sunlight is believed to be very helpful (Freepers knew that).
But LED lights vests/belts etc are reasonably cheap and available at Amazon and Walmart. However the LED light does cause eye damage so be sure and wear protective goggles when using them.
Yeah, they don’t know what specific wavelength is best. They used 940nm. But they suggested sunlight might be better because you get a broader spectrum of lights. They think they may be able to optimize the wave length.
Will one of those led light helmets for preventing hair loss do the trick?
I seem to recall some political leader being ridiculed for bringing this up.
Probably wouldn't hurt. Aren't those supposed to be good for dementia too? Or is that a different helmet/wavelength(s)?
The video talked about certain wave lengths being able to penetrate to the lungs. The video wrapped up, strongly suggesting you get out in the sun. And even called for redesigning hospitals to provide more sunlight to patients.

The UV end of the spectrum kills viruses outright, and is more involved in producing vitamin D - but this is interesting.
The actual effect demonstrated on the MedCram videos is suppression of the TLR4 response. Breaking that chain reduces damage from related cytokines.
The Mayo Clinic was using infrared light to kill Covid germs two years ago. I have an infrared spa I used after I went to town two years ago. Now it’s big news?
OMG Now they are tellin me to eat light bulbs instead of drinking bleach!
0.0029 w/cm2.
And most of that doesn’t get past the epidermis. I don’t think so.
Do infrared space-heaters provide any effectiveness?
Hmm, sort of like a disinfectant.
“Do infrared space-heaters provide any effectiveness?”
Infrared >> Heat
“Direct sunlight is the most efficient way to increase vitamin D in the blood. Oral vitamin D requires multiple synthetic steps that rely on vitamin K2, magnesium and restriction of fructose containing foods. The kidneys are the bottleneck in the oral vitamin D pathway.”
Conclusion: Vitamin D supplementation was more effective than sun exposure at increasing serum 25(OH) D3.
