We’re on Keto and 18 hour fasting and we are loving it. Meat and roasted veggies, salads. Just all the Good Stuff and no sugar and bread and very low carbs.
We take multi-vitamins and I take extra potassium. I don’t even miss fruit, which I thought I would. While I love to bake, I’ve never had a sweet tooth. That’s harder for Beau.
25# down for Beau, 12# down for me, so far. We kind of were ‘naughty’ during the Holidays. ;)
we are on 18 hr fasting low carb and gluten free. The gluten free has really helped with digestive issues. I love this diet
