Vegan cats are owned by the same sort of people (generally women) who have “transgender” 6 year olds.

:)

I read a real old school book on fitness and nutrition.
I think it’s from the 1890’s.
Anyway, it spoke about the importance of proper mastication of food for nutritional uptake.
It also spoke of swimming in the winter and getting a fresh breeze on one’s skin.

Nature deniers. Humans are omnivores.

It’s Science!

The article focuses on B12, but choline is also impossible to get enough of on a vegan diet. It’s essential for proper brain function.

The best source of choline is eggs. If someone is only avoiding animal products because they are morally opposed to the way animals are treated in large-scale facilities, they could look for someone with a small backyard laying flock. Those animals are more likely to be treated as pets and pampered, and they still lay eggs. If the eggs are unfertilized, you are not “eating baby chicks”, because the eggs aren’t capable of developing any further.

I doubt anyone here needs to read that argument, but some of you probably know someone who needs it.

I wonder how much of this ‘veganism’ is NOT voluntary? Look at the prices of eggs, milk, butter, cheese and meat here in the USA these days.

It’s got to be TWICE that in the UK right now, and I know they are already experiencing shortages of the basics.

Let’s Go, Brandon! Worldwide Vegans. *SPIT*

“...the importance of proper mastication of food for nutritional uptake.”

There’s an old ‘Bob Newhart Show’ where Bob is driving Emily nuts becuase he insists on chewing every mouthful 32 times. Once for each tooth, LOL!

Remember that vegans unknowingly consume billions of non vegetable matter daily.

I will say this - I have a friend who is diabetic and he started eating only raw vegetables and he no longer takes meds for it. So there’s that... his BP is way fiwn as well.

I don’t care what people eat. But making their dietary preferences into SJW statements is kinda weird.

I liked that show even though I wasn’t the target demographic.

It was a great ending with the last episode.

I don’t care what others do as long as they’re not trying to tell me what to do. (fitness, nutrition, etc)

I’m mainly “talking trash” about it for fun.
I would also never do it.

I also find it odd for one’s nutritional consumption to be a politically stance.
