It’s like “trust me”. No I don’t trust these guys precisely because they do not explain their numbers.
And what’s the deal with “electronic government”. Is that like the power of the Deep State? In many respects electronic government is a negative factor.
Another factor is percent urban population. Israel is almost entirely urban (93%) where it’s far easier to insert and maintain high speed communications. By contrast is 82% urban so that 11% extra factor makes America naturally less efficient. But America send billions to the rural areas to beef up their broadband.
Add it up, America is probably as bad as this researcher paints it out to be.
And on affordability, did they take into account the per capita GDP of each country.
As a percent of the income pie, America is highly affordable even though it may be more expensive per subscriber.
So many unanswered questions.
