A homeless Oregon woman has been arrested and charged for pushing a three-year-old girl onto a train track in a shocking moment captured on video as the city's homelessness crisis continues.
Brianna Lace Workman, 32, allegedly shoved the little girl onto the Gateway Transit Center MAX platform in Portland on Thursday.
The little girl, wearing a pink coat, was waiting in line with her mother as surveillance footage captured someone in a red hat, allegedly Workman, pushing her face-first onto the metal rail.
Luckily, she was pulled back onto the platform by onlookers. She said she had a severe headache and the local district attorney said she had a red mark on her forehead.
Workman is listed, according to court records, as both homeless and living in Portland.
The district attorney's office said that the child did nothing to provoke the attack and the woman just came out of nowhere and shoved her.

This is the sort of thing that makes me want to shove this woman in front of an oncoming train.
That evil woman should have been shot in the street like a rabid dog. A civilization that does not protect its children is doomed.

Drugs, probably stimulants like meth, ecstasy, etc. At some times, such hallucinating people behave like characters depicted as being possessed by demons in movies.
And what action would a 3 year old take which justifies what the adult did? Cannot believe DA’s these days....
The mother had a stroller and a toddler. I understand her primary concern in this situation would have been the health of her injured child and caring for the other one. I don’t fault the mom for not enacting a little street justice.
But if I had witnessed that, I would have beat this woman so severely not even her relatives would recognize her.
Oh, well, at least she’ll spend the night i jail, get a shower, some grub and a good rest and be ready to commit more mayhem, tomorrow.

That this monster was not in turn thrown onto the tracks just goes to show how EVERYBODY in Portland is worthless.

Yes, Portland has a lot of meth addicts. That is what they look like, too. It changes their facial expression permanently it seems.
