I ordered lots of Welsh music from Sain Recordiau. They have CD formats. Perhaps MP3 by now. They will convert a Welsh language video to a US format. I ordered Hedd Wynn and they converted from PAL to VHS for me. The music ordered was produced mainly by performers using the mid-valleys dialect. That was helpful in getting my ear "tuned" to recognize the language at spoken rates. BBC Cymru (S4C) is available via internet feeds to listen to the news and other programming.

I haven't availed myself of foreign language tracks on my Bluray movies as much. A recent Donnie Yen movie was all spoken Chinese. Perhaps Mandarin. Didn't even have subtitles or an English sound track. A bit difficult to follow.
