New Video Explores How the Pandemic Unveiled the Worst Among Us

“Someone said things aren’t getting worse. The veil over society is being removed.”

So begins the narration on a recently uploaded YouTube video titled, “The Veil over Society Got Removed for a Moment.” Currently pushing over 170,000 views in five days, it’s a stream-of-consciousness exploration of society during the pandemic.

The video begins, (without quoting Shakespeare), by proposing that, “All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” It then segues into a straightforward review of the Stanford Prison Experiment. Funded by the U.S. Office of Naval Research in 1971, it was a real social experiment in which some college students were assigned to play guards while others were to be prisoners. It is most notable for the fact that although it was supposed to last two weeks, it had to be terminated after only six days because the “mistreatment of prisoners escalated so alarmingly.”

After acknowledging that the experiment was flawed and its conclusions controversial, the narrator begins comparing what happened during the experiment to what happened during the pandemic:

You have one group, the prisoners, that have been dehumanized, they’re stripped of their individual identity… and basically labeled as “bad people.” And then you have these other people who were given a costume of authority… and they kind of have this group identity going of “good guy,” acting in ways they perceive to be sanctioned as okay by the majority of society. [This was] due to the power dynamic of perceived authority combined with the dehumanization of the so-called prisoners… And I feel personally like whether some people want to see it or not, this is something that many of us witnessed and experienced over the last two years in [our] society.

The Stanford Prison Experiment exposes how many people behaved during COVID restrictions.

Check several sources about the John B. Calhoun rodent population experiments to add to the “mix” of real-world science which speaks to the massive foolishness of today's Leftist politics. Between it and the Stanford prison experiments, one can reasonably conclude that the “caring” Left today is so far into fantasy-land as to make/prove them delusional and dangerous.

Meanwhile...

Age-stratified infection fatality rate of COVID-19 in the non-elderly population

Check out the stats. They are eye-poppingly low.

...These IFR estimates in non-elderly populations are lower than previous calculations had suggested...

SNORT.

Wonder when/if the pro-vaxxers are going to show up to put in their 2 cents. 🤣

For the first 2 months, they claimed the IFR was going to be as high as 4%. So many freepers believed it and berated the skeptics among us, wished we’d die a painful death because we weren’t “looking out for them.” I can never forget or forgive the freepers who refused to think for themselves, in addition to letting out their inner Nazis.

The prison experiment is yet another reason I am a huge proponent of the 2nd amendment and is why my tagline is what it is.

It was truly amazing how quickly people turned on each other. It even split up families. The nation became a much angrier and more hostile nation- all over a virus with a near 100% survival rate

And those are all “pre-vaccination” numbers. I’m in the group supposedly 50X more likely to die than those in their 30’s. I should have died way before last April from one of many colds that were much worse.

Too bad the “science” will never be able to provide post-Ivermectin infection fatality rates.

A report came out long after the gov used covid to tear the nation apart, stating that the majority of those who died were the elderly and sick who,had “4 or more comorbidities”

The govenrment did not handle the virus correctly. Kids have essential.y a zero risk of dying, but they forced kids to wear masks and get the shots, knowing full well that the shots did not prevent covid infection. They forced fly healthy individuals to get shots, stay at home, lose their jobs, and forced business owners tl shut down, forcing them out of business, all over the lie that covid was going to wipe out society if we didn’t take these drastic measures.

There was a massive Increase in deaths of “unknown cause” (there is a term for it, can’t remember now what it,is), and it is my bet that the increase was ,arge.y due to people being so stinking scared of covid that they avoided getting treatment they needed or surgeries they needed because they didnt want to be around “sick people” in hospitals and health clinics, and they eventually succumbed to their conditions. The gov stoked extreme fear of covid, and is responsible for people, dying when they didnt have to because they so feared the virus.

This is the reason the corona virus propaganda was so successful.

Very few people have the intelligence and/or strength of character to speak when everyone is against them. Even fewer still when their govt is censoring and threatening those that do.

Re: 10 - You are correct. In the “early days” of COVID-19, there were FReepers that were criticizing people for going too far away from home, even on a walk, There were also multiple FReepers that were wiping down mail or letting it sit for days even after early research showed that any SARS-CoV-2 virus was below a non-detectable level after 1 day on paper, etc. And then there were the masks. FTR I believe that masks help with minimizing particle protection that results from coughing or sneezing, and can help train people from touching their hands to their mouth and nose - but that’s it.

Pandemic amnesty! Ha! I don’t f***ing think so. All of the wannabe tyrants who tried to shame, intimidate, and destroy those of us who weren’t stupid enough to fall for the “COVID” fraud, and/or who weren’t as despicably selfish and shallow as to try to force everyone else to join them in their pathetic, ignorant delusions (“Wear a mask, or you’re going to kill me!”), can stuff it.

We now know who and what sort of people you are, and we will never, ever forget.

It was a sobering demonstration of the state’s ability to shape public opinion.

With that ability, 2A may not matter that much.

Consider the Ukraine BS. I watched them shape public opinion in a day... it seemed like, at least.
