They actually had some nice looking organic iceberg lettuce, at the store, the other day....so, we had the wedge salads.

I even fried some bacon, to crumble on top of.

I wonder if exit likes wedge salads...lol.

I usually eat dark leaf lettuce, doesn’t work for wedge. Anyway since my mouth surgeries I cut my lettuce to make it easier to eat. My mother must be turning in her grave; “ never cut lettuce, tear it”, same rule with bread loaves.
