Yes, indeed. I thought "nm" and nevertheless typed "micron". Total brain-to-hand disconnect. FWIW, many years ago when I did a stint at Cornell they had a fancy building called the "Sub-Micron Facility", and ever since then when I've seen something referring to nm-scale tech, I flash on "(sub-)micron", and this time my hand picked up and ran with it. How embarrassing.... ugh.
