There’s not a lot of money to be made in what is becoming more of an artillery war but you can steal hundreds of billions rebuilding a country. For this reason, I believe the West will become more motivated to end the war. That’s a cynical view but it’s a cynical world.

The war isn’t ending anytime soon which is why Putin is going to declare martial law and close the borders and order another mobilization in less than a week.
