PS. Electrical energy has a mind of its own. Ukraine runs on USSR standards. Your plugs and their plugs an everything behind them are not the same. The west does not have the capacity to manufacture replacements for the power system including the trains.

In the 1940s, the U.S. shipped armaments, foodstuffs, electrical equipment, medical supplies, etc. valued at $11.3 billion (in 1940-dollars) to the Soviet Union.

What could be done 80 years ago can be done again today (but this time, for Ukraine).
