Yes,I will acknowledge that this kids future...short term *and* long term...isn't bright at all. He could very well be damaged beyond repair. And it's distinctly possible that he has a genuine brain disorder,probably genetic,which,if present,could make him truly "unfixable".

Having worked for decades at one of Harvard Medical School's large teaching hospitals...some of that time being spent working for a Neuropathologist...I can guarantee you the there are a hundred researchers at the medical school who would love to study him and probe him in every conceivable way.Scans,biopsies,experimental drugs...

I'm just a humble hospital porter in an ER in a community hospital in southern NJ and I see stuff like this all the time.

Five years ago a 17 year old kid was arrested for killing his mother.

Her head was beaten in so bad there was brain matter in her mouth and nostrils.

The kid had no remorse or bad feelings about it . The kid was completely robotic. No emotion. Dead eyes, dead soul. A year after that a young guy in his twenties was bought in. He'd emasculated himself. Cut his testes off entirely. Maybe your Harvard colleagues could find reasons for this. God only knows. And God knows the end is coming.
