Perhaps, but it won’t be my garage. That I know for sure. 🙂

a Triumph Spitfire.I had a 1978 MGB that wouldn't start at 17 degrees and below. Had to haul out my battery charger.
Worst car purchase I have ever made in my life, especially considering the winters here in Michigan.

Auto company executives are privately admitting that the vast majority of consumers simply do not want to own or depend upon EVs. The huge capital investments in EVs made by these companies are not likely to return a profit. Ford and GM are likely to become owned subsidiaries of the US government kept open to placate unions and Democrat enclaves.

I watched a youtube video the other day where a guy tried to charge a Nissan Leaf in cold weather. The charging station had four brand new chargers and not one was operational in cold weather.

Put it in the garage and buy a couple of propane heaters. Get the temp up to within operating range and it’ll charge.
That said...yeah, not as advertised.

Ultimately, he had to cancel all his holiday plans because he had no way to travel. No rental cars? Planes? Trains? Buses? Relatives?
He never learned to improvise in an emergency? How did he grow into an adult?

LOL...I had “British Sports Car Disease” for about a decade with my 1976 MG Midget.
Hahahah...”Lucas, The Father of Darkness”!
I will say that, although I learned nearly everything I needed to know about all aspects of car mechanics from working on that car myself, it never left me stranded or stuck, and I put nearly 100K miles on it, which is a feat of some note.
When I say “never stranded or stuck” I mean...just barely!

EV’s have the same problems that they had 100 years ago. The only difference is the EV’s are wrapped in better looking shells.
