My favorite is salted butter for the bread and a slice of Muenster and slice of Extra Sharp Cheddar. Sourdough bread is extra good!

My wife and I are semi headed that way.
Instead of a breakfast and a lunch, we are often eating one meal to replace the two meals.
My wife ends up snacking on a lot of her one meal throughout the morning and early pm. I snack on extra nuts and fruits around 3:30 pm, which is now, and we eat a good dinner at about 6:30 pm.
When it comes to anything cheese, especially a grilled cheese sammich, gotta trust the Frenchies:
