It is war. Russia should expect this to happen.
BUT...my fear is someone is going to slip a nuclear warhead in to The Ukrainians and the SOBs will use it.

Unlikely. Unless their Nazis get a hold of it the Ukranians are vastly aware they require the good graces of assisting nations. They will not be the first to use a nuke.
Nope. The most likely scenario is the Russian attempt to use one of their missiles and nuke themselves.
