When you read the article, you’ll see there is not even a .0001% chance they’ll take it

This is going to sound completely cray-cray, and I admit it. But what if . . . what if SCOTUS has already made some kind of a ruling? Not necessarily on that case, maybe on a similar one that's gotten zero publicity.

Not sure exactly to word it, but the feeling of stuff going on "behind the scenes" has been growing lately.

OK, must get back to work now. Damn. New assignment, many thousands of pages of documents to review. The things I do for that parrot. Heh. Best, AFB-XYZ

My favorite parrot joke:

Woman comes in to room asking Polly if she wants a cracker.

Polly snaps back:

“POLLY HAS A CRACKER! POLLY WANTS DIP!”

If you read the article.... there was one GOOD case, TX vs several states, that was a good case, and Tracy Beanz aka Diaz, co-author of article, talked about. SCOTUS rejected it as “no standing” and seh said it was a terrible decision. The “no standing” thing is of rather recent origin btw. I remember that case, sometime in 2021, and that SCOTUS wouldn’t hear it. It was a good case, I and others figured justices were threatened etc. But this case is totally different.

If they had ruled on an election case, we would have heard of the ruling by now. Any cases re: elections have either been rejecte or ruled on to my knowledge. Smaller cases involving specif state etc issues have had some ruling.
