I think the morel mushroom is by far the best tasting in the world.
Growing up in northern Michigan, I remember my grandfather in the spring time spending a day out in the woods hunting them then mom cooking them.........
I haven't had morel mushrooms in decades and been vowing to head north some spring to hunt some.
