It appears that inside the FBI/DOJ the Mara Lago raid has revealed no law violations that would stand up in federal court in Florida. Intent is a necessary element of any crime they allege and proving intent vs. a dispute over the right to maintain the documents is not a clear cut case for the feds. Now is the time for them to downplay the case to save face.
