Kinda stupid. Justice Jackson has a lifetime appointment and can’t ‘fail’ except that through her own incompetence she may bring contempt on herself. She has already made a start in that direction, by enacting the TV stereotype of an aggressive wokey black woman who can’t shut up.
Claudine Gay can’t fail because Harvard wouldn’t hear of it. She could crash the entire fraudulent edifice and the faculty would rally to her defense, probably blame it on Trump.

You nailed it. Listen to any of the recent Supreme Court oral arguments, and she monopolizes her questioning time with lectures and incoherent statements. She speaks with bullish authority but never utters a word of sense.
