Today, in my final vote in the U.S. Senate, we funded the government - providing critical funds for national security, as well as important resources for the country and for Alabama.

With that vote he screws over all the kids in Alabama, who will have to pay the tax bill for his frivolous and wasteful spending. Good riddance!

I flew him around Europe when he and his wife were on a visit. He was a tool, his wife on the other hand was incredible sweet.

McConnell and other rinos are the biggest dangers to society. Especially when they use RNC money to get elected and vote with the Dems. The rinos should pay the money back to the RNC that they used for election as a Republican.
Shelby was a democrat when he was first elected to the Senate in 1986. He switched to republican when the political winds changed here in Alabama. I believe he has always been a “tax & spend” liberal at heart. He is well past his “best by” date. Thanks to the Turtle, Shelby’s protege, Katy Britt, was elected to fill his spot. She will probably be of the same mindset as Shelby.
I’m reminded of the little xenomorph Al from Buck Godot, Zapp Gun for Hire (by Phil Fogilo) who, thinking he has been ripped off, tells Buck to kiss him, because he likes to get kissed when he gets screwed.
