Five this afternoon it was -15 at the Homestead. It's -20 right now and expected to go to -25 or -30 by morning. (Wind chills are supposed to be -50) please Please PLEASE tell me this cold snap will drive out a bunch of the Californians, so house prices will come down.

Housing prices going down?
Sure see a bunch of resales dropping prices and the new home construction almost stops this time of year because of weather anyway.
