I’m 59. I trained for the Olympic decathlon for 11 years from the time i was 11YO- so its second nature to me.
I had surgery on my hand two weeks ago and haven’t been able to lift or swim but i’ve been doing a lot of running. I’m like “hey- these 45 minute workouts are nice!!” the past two weeks :)

I used to train tons when I was thinking of going for PJs in the USAF.
I want to train harder and more often, but I don’t think I can recover without Vitamin S. :)
