Not getting back on the Trump Train. It's derailed.

President Trump has been taking some flak from his own MAGA crowd lately, specifically for two reasons:
- he verbally attacked Ron DeSantis, referring to him as “Ron DeSanctimonious.”
- he pimped some digital trading cards, thus diverting attention from the video of his plan to save free speech, which I personally believe was his most powerful video in a long time.
It was understandable to get depressed over the midterms. Apparently, New York and Michigan didn’t get enough crime, communism, racism, Democrat-deep state collusion, and double standards over the last three years and voted for more. Ditto Pennsylvania, though Doug Mastriano–the die-hard pro-life gubernatorial candidate–was doomed from the start. Liberals will always want an escape hatch for their irresponsible sexual behavior.
People tend to blame their leaders when they lose elections, and Trump took plenty of heat after the midterms. Political pundits and talk show hosts on the right have sworn Trump off. I’m here to tell you that, no matter how you feel about Trump today, get over it.

All of my domestic enemies, those who want me dead or enslaved (to borrow a turn of phrase from Kurt Schlicter) hate and fear Trump. There’s a reason for that , and that trumps any of the man’s shortcomings.

Hiring people who repeatedly stab you in the back as key cabinet members may be a point of no return. I liked Trump’s policies though! (Fey Wray...seriously?)
Remember in 2016 when a lot of us liked Trump largely because he presented himself as the "least presidential material"? We took that as a reminder that he's the last one to try to think and act like the rest of the DC crowd. Now's not the time for him to start "acting presidential" (as the Drive By Media defines it).

Those that got off will only get back on if it is the only train running.
Right now, the DeSantis train is picking up passengers.
Political Cheating prevents the GOP from winning any future race for the presidency, no matter who the GOP candidates are. All Donald Trump Stuff is moot. Optimism doesn’t prevent the realization that The Left has found a way to consistently cheat their way to political victory, for many election cycles to come. The MSM, including FOX, keeps pretending that the cheating doesn’t exist, and the GOP doesn’t do anything to stop it.

Totally agree with the article.
Except the end. To get that suburban woman on board, someone needs to talk to Trump. And he’s not listening.
Some suburban women will just be scared enough of crime, inflation and war. But not enough of them.
The 19th amendment has proven to be a failed experiment.
Time to toss it over the transom, IMHO.
