Honestly, you don’t. There’s a setting but Office is super paranoid and disables everything “automatic” on documents made from other computers. Unless they’ve gone into the deep setting and turned off protected mode (I’m assuming it’s a setting anyway) it won’t autoplay.
You’re fighting a compatibility issue, there is no flipbook standard, file type issue with most people. I would convert it to the much bigger video at 1040P and publish it on one of the many video streaming sharing sites. The video sites will take care of scaling and everything else on every platform.

Save the attachment as a .pps not a .ppt
NOW that’s been put to rest - maybe someone can tell me HOW to print address labels using Open Office...Everything I get from the program tells me how to do it from a DATA BASE...I just want to print my own name and address on labels.
I have a box of Avery labels so I know I’ve printed labels in the past when we had a home based business but it must have been from a different WORD program.
Driving me nuts going over and over it and I don’t want to have to BUY address labels. I have tons of labels in my husband’s name and he passed away a year and a half ago. I write donation checks with my name only to various organizations and still get labels in my husband’s name.
Any ideas or tell me to get lost??
All your friends have Microsoft Office?
My email program Thunderbird will block automatically as there is a potential of viruses.
Before I retired, IIRC, I saved as .pps. It would play automatically, and there was music. It was before 2008 (when I retired), and done in Office 2003. Don’t know about newer versions.
Is “Chanukah” compared to “Hanukkah the same as “Kyiv” compared to “Kiev”?
