Yeah the joke is, give them all money and then one year all the money will be right back in private industry and government hands.

I wouldn’t be surprised if my Mom’s Italian family had housing discrimination issues. They lived in L.A. / Hollywood in the late 20’s until the late 50’s. Both my grandmother and Grandfather were born in Italy.
During WWII according to family members the Italians, in at least the L.A. area, had a curfew. Of course, if any of my family members that were alive during that period of time were still with us, they wouldn’t be crying for reparations.

If any of our money goes for reparations, I can imagine a lot of things will go to the congresscritters that voted for it. And it won’t be soft things. That’ll be a tipping point that leftists will very,very much regret.

Bottom line few will qualify for reparations given the rules they set up and those that do get reparations will quickly squander the money. Meanwhile, Newsom can be made out as some national hero based on nothing more than virtue signaling.

How about reparations for the property stolen or destroyed by the Union Army ,from my ancestors in Mississippi ?
