Sexual deviancy has been taboo across most cultures for most of human history. So Latinos may have been a little slow to conform to our new post-modern, woke narrative. Globohomo is working 24/7 to address that.
Chris Wallace is relegated to doing entertainment news at CNN. Every fitting. I hope CNN’s handful of viewers enjoy.
My grandmother was terrified of motorcycles. As a very young child, she had witnessed a fatal motorcycle accident in which the rider was beheaded. It traumatized her for life.
I used to visit her in a Nursing Home, and always left my helmet at the nursing station so that Nana never knew that I was a biker. This was 50 years ago, and I still ride.
It’s all about kindness and respect. Why upset a dear elderly relative with news that would be traumatizing? That’s just selfish. Why would Dear Old Abuela need to know her granddaughter’s sexual preference?
I agree with Gloria.
Very true.
I'm not going to comment directly on Estefan, but I will say that plenty of average Americans are just trying to get through the difficult moments in life.
But if someone were to say, "Look, this is difficult for me ..." they will often be met with screams of: "Bigot! Why are you so filled with hate! You are so intolerant!"
As far as I'm concerned the whole tolerance thing is almost always a one-way street, and I expect the OTHER side to tolerate my views on the matter of homosexuality and transgenderism (I'm against 'em). I don't need to make a big deal out of it, but I won't change: so don't you make a big deal out of it.
I don’t recall it bothering Ricky Martin
