Flood of devastation? A little overly dramatic, no?
2 people injured, 300 hotel guests evacuated, shops and the building suffered damage and if you look at the photos, it did look pretty devastating. Guests woke up to what they thought was an earthquake. It shook the building, so, if you were there, you might think so as well.
Sounds more like a major Oh S#it to me...
