I don’t know that this is as much about black culture as this kid has severe mental issues. From the way he is described it sounds like he is either schizophrenic or demonically influenced. Be it prison or a mental ward, he probably needs to be shut-away in a safe place for life.

Fatherless black children is the question a major issue maybe the major issue in this country whereby 2 to 3% of the population commits 55 to 70% of the violent crime but this child was mentally disturbed and it sounds like schizophrenia but 10 years old is very early for schizophrenia

And therein lies the rub. It is IMPOSSIBLE for a race/culture that has an average IQ of 80 to assimilate into a society that has an average IQ of 100. It's just that simple.

Culture is downstream of IQ, and that’s a lot harder to change.

Blacks have been immersed into our “white” culture for decades, but they still have the culture of Africa.

It ain’t going to change. In fact it’s going to get worse, given how whites slobber all over themselves to appease and excuse blacks’ irresponsible behaviors.
