He needs to take a poke at one who will clock him.
Ahhhh, another poster boy for legalization of MORE DOPE!!!
Talk about your high-risk hobbies. He’s lucky the cops caught him.
We will see a story about a Punching Man shot by Citizen Carrying a Gun and using it effectively.
Man demands police arrest him and gets a face full of pepper spray:

If a face full of pepper spray doesn't work, tell him to "smile, and wait for the flash".
I’m a “Florida man” (6ft2+190-3lbs) in my nineties that doesn’t leave home without it. Unless I’m completely knocked out, he won’t need a defense attorney.
“Was that wrong? Should I not have done that?”
Punch him back.
Anyway, a Florida man story would be made more awesome if it took place at an Orange Julius.
For those who don't know, Orange Julius was a staple of malls up in the Northeast. Usually in the Food Court. They served up a frothy concoction of imitation orange juice, artificial sweeteners, powdered egg whites, milk, ice, vanilla flavoring and a touch of powdered Tang. All of this would be whipped up in a blender and served with two straws, in case you wanted to share the drink with a date.
In fact, Orange Julius was often a first date destination for preteen and teen couples just starting out. The exotic nature of the drink and the unusual combination of ingredients at a reasonable pricepoint brought out the youngsters and the Orange Julius became sort of a hangout for these crowds.
Sometimes things would get tense at the Orange Julius, as any seasoned mall cop would know.
How often did mall cops get called on their Radio Shack walkie talkies for a "disturbance at the Orange Julius"?
Quite a few times, that I can assure you. The kids did not always get along with each other, especially when couples of varying social classes clashed.
Orange Julius expanded since becoming a subsidiary of Dairy Queen and owned by Berkshire Hathaway. They are all over these days.
