Norm Macdonald is still my favorite KFC guy after the original (recipe) Colonel Sanders
Norm was awesome.
Absolutely.
>>And, more directly, Macdonald later references an incident where the freed Simpson was denied seating at a Los Angeles restaurant, noting that, in recompense, the eatery will now have to provide “murderer” and “non-murderer” sections.
A noted Cincinnati restauranteur with a Louisville outpost kicked out OJ and his entourage from his Louisville location, during Derby week when they were both their. I may have posted the news item, I certainly commented in the thread. This ten to fifteen years ago. A waitress came to the owner who was sitting in the bar, saying “OJ Simpson is here.” His comment was “You know, I don’t want him in my restaurant”, and he then asked OJ to leave. Which he did without much fuss.
Losing Norm was a big bummer, he was a funny guy who let Libs have it.
Better than Kenny Rogers!
He was brutal with OJ and with Hillary Clinton.
“Proving once and for all, Germans love David Hasslehoff.”
He was great with OJ.
“This just in, murder is legalized in California...”
Norm was a genius.
He was an incredibly smart guy masquerading as an ordinary clod.
I like the broccoli!
Newman, OTOH, wouldn’t eat it if it was deep-fried in chocolate sauce.
Vile weed!
(I actually love broccoli)
Good stuff.
Most of them I never saw
I hadn’t found the commercials I had seen
I miss the $5 box
And they had a $1 sandwich about 2001-2002 or so
That one made me go to the KFC drive-thru regularly
Wedge fries too, for $1
That was back when you could buy decent health insurance, get a job with a paper resume, men were still men, women were still women.
I pine for the 80’s. Miami Vice, Magnum P.I., A-Team...
Good shows
I had not been a regular viewer of A-Team. Kinda wish I had.
There was an A-Team performance at Universal Studios(?).
I still have pictures in my photo album from the show.
Magnum and Miami Vice were definitely higher quality than A-Team, but I enjoyed all.
I even enjoy the crappy music of 80’s
Tons of great movies in the 80’s.
“Hey, careful with that. That’s my lucky stabbing hat.”
Rest in Peace, Little Chubby!
Also, if you want comedy... look up Norm on The View calling Bill Clinton a murderer, of Vince Foster.
Norm was fantastic.
