What do you expect? Gekkos are notorious!

Your pet Geckos will be in fine condition by the time they reach the front lines ... just in time to freeze to death, making them a front line feature until the Spring thaw.

Meanwhile I urge all to take from 5000 to 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 this winter season, depending on your size and how north you live. Get your blood tested for blood vitamin D level and consult with your doctor.

I took 20000 IU D3 yesterday and -2- K2 gelcaps. Took some magnesium glycinate this morning, which is good when you take lots of D3. Magnesium is all around good and good for the heart. I average 10000 units D3 daily

Dear subscribers and guests of the channel! Yesterday, #Russian President #Putin held a meeting with representatives of the security bloc leadership. The main topic was numerous fire incidents at large industrial, commercial and military facilities and warehouses.

They have discussed each case in particular and the general background of what has been happening. The leadership of the security bloc, represented by the Secretary of the #Russian Security Council, #Patrushev, citing objective data, concluded that in most incidents,...

Putin dead or done in by March, by Putin’s chef Yevegny Prigozhin and Ramzan Kadyrov. Putin’s days are numbered. In fact, he might not even come out of his bunker this time.

Many of us have been taking large doses of D3 for many years with no apparent adverse effects.

Have any of us ever heard of an adverse effect of D3 with respect ot calcium? That is, D3 inhibits and results in a calcium deficiency

At 5000 iu d3 daily probably no need to take K2. At 10000 IU D3 daily it is a good idea to take K2 and Magnesium to counteract what hi doses of D3 daily does with calcium>>>>  Depositing calcium where you do not want it. Into your kidneys making stones and into joints too.
As always you must do your research to confirm or dispute what I have written.
Here is a book that claims 30000 units D3 daily is a good idea. https://www.amazon.com/Optimal-Dose-Restore-Health-Vitamin/dp/1732655006   .....The author is also found on youtube

K2 complex https://www.amazon.com/Ingredients-Vitamin-Softgels-Vitamins-Supplement/dp/B087DZKHVW

D3 10000 cheap!>>>  https://www.amazon.com/Carlyle-Vitamin-Softgels-Promotes-Supplement/dp/B07GRBQY5B

NOW has a good magnesium glycinate powder>>>>> https://www.amazon.com/Supplements-Magnesium-Bisglycinate-Powder-8-Ounce/dp/B00NIJ03C0

“That is, D3 inhibits and results in a calcium deficiency”

The opposite, actually. High dose D3 has a tendency to take calcium in your blood and place it where you don’t want it. Into joints and kidneys (making stones). Take K2 and magnesium to counteract this.

I live in New York ( the Northeast ).

I take 50,000 IU of Vitamin D once a week ( every Monday ). I’ve been doing this for nearly 3 months now.

When I took a blood test for my yearly checkup last week, guess what the results were? Still Vitamin D deficient!!

Good Lord, how much more Vitamin D Should I take to remedy this??!!

10000 iu daily should get you up to 60 ng/ml within three months. It got me to 75 in four months
Perhaps, 50000 units in one dose is not absorbed as effectively.

For optimal absorption, take D3 with a meal that has fats. Or take your D3 with a teaspoon of oil on an empty stomach. Cod liver oil being preferred. Fat or obese (2.5x more) need higher D3 supplementation due to the D3 (a fat soluble vitamin) getting trapped in their fat cells.

https://www.moonofalabama.org/2022/12/us-to-send-more-wunderwaffen-to-ukraine.html#more

Will the Patriot radar move during the Russian reaction time interval between reconnaissance and strike? I have my doubts.

Wikipedia says that a Patriot battery costs about $1 billion. The radar is the thing that makes these so expensive. Each of its missile costs about $3 million. The suicide drones are maybe $10,000 each. Now do the math ...

The most modern missiles Patriot system use have a maximum reach of some 60 kilometer (37 miles). One battery can thus cover a bubble with a 120 kilometer diameter. It may be good for Kiev or Odessa but is nothing that will solve the general military problem Ukraine has.

The Russian forces are superior in technology, personnel and fire power. There is no chance, and never has been, for Ukraine to win that match. No Wunderwaffen, British marines with sea drones or U.S. Patriot systems, will change those basic facts.

Mother Nature sends her best!! Subzero temperature and several feet of snow, but no problem: Geckos are well known for their camouflage.
