I have to do some running around but I saw this article on how the dems & rinos are plotting to keep President Trump from running again and thought I’d post it before I go.
Here is some a couple of excerpts from the article:
“Forty-one House Democrats filed a bill on Thursday to bar former President Donald Trump from running for president in 2024, citing section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
“Donald Trump very clearly engaged in an insurrection on January 6, 2021 with the intention of overturning the lawful and fair results of the 2020 election. You don’t get to lead a government you tried to destroy,” Rep. David Cicilline (D-RI)”
“Section 3 of the 14 Amendment states:
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President… who, having previously taken an oath… shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

I see this as something that will backfire tremendously on the derps if they follow through with it (Red October).

Can someone tell the Dems about the concept of "Bill of Attainder"?

These people are stupid.
The U.S. Constitution bans this action, know as a "Bill of Attainder" not once, but TWICE, in Article I Section 9, and then again in Section 10. It is to prevent the Congress from singling out an individual or group and punishing them without a trial (i.e. a Judiciary action, NOT legislative).
This was a practice of the English monarchy that the Americans really hated. That's why they permanently outlawed it.
