I don't see where it's double jeopardy...but i was wrong to cite the Constitution the way i did as proof, as he wasn't convicted.

If an impeachment conviction is not double jeopardy, as one could be tried in a court of law, how can a no conviction of the impeachment for the same "crimes" in a court of law BE double jeopardy ?

It's a mad house.
