Definitely.

People like myself that might be considered “a little to motivated/wound up” need to workout less even.
Too hard, too often can interfere with hormones and inflammation.
It was hard to accept that I should do less, but I now do since it’s beneficial.
I’m closer to 50 than 40, but was working out like I was a 20’s pro athlete.
Time is undefeated...

Yeah, you cannot overdo. This is why elderly Chinese do Tai-Chi instead of jogging. At 70, my goal is 90 minutes walking fast every morning. I met it the last three days.

When younger, you can eat and process thousands of calories each day. Exercise and life and whatever to make use of them. You cannot do the same amount of calorie processing at age 45
