A Saturday Washington Post report offered some details on the legal defense team taking shape to oppose congressional Republican investigations into Hunter Biden that are expected to start once the GOP majority takes over the House in January.
The article noted that the Biden defense team is "almost frantically" assembling, "not fully coordinating" and running the risk that it will "not share a unified approach" when the investigations begin.
The piece, composed by reporters Matt Viser and Michael Scherer, began by detailing "a strategy session last September" where Hunter Biden’s lawyer Kevin Morris pushed "Hunter Biden’s camp to be more aggressive" against conservatives preparing to investigate Biden over allegations of corruption.
It noted how Morris "described defamation lawsuits the team could pursue against the presidential son’s critics."
The Washington Post mentioned how this meeting and early strategy "was a glimpse into a sprawling infrastructure that is rapidly, almost frantically, assembling to combat Republicans’ plans to turn Hunter Biden into a major news story when the GOP takes over the House next year."
However, the article mentioned fears from people involved in Biden’s team that this frantic assembly will set up a shaky defense for Biden. It stated, "The risk for Hunter Biden, and possibly for President Biden as well, is that this hodgepodge of efforts is not fully coordinating and does not share a unified approach."
According to the outlet, Biden’s legal defense is split into several distinct teams. "Hunter Biden has been working with Morris, his friend and sometime financial benefactor, and a team of researchers. The younger Biden has also hired several other lawyers - Chris Clark, who is handling a federal criminal investigation into his business dealings and other matters."

The division will between this trying to defend Hunter, those trying to build a firewall between Hunter and the Big Guy, and those trying to build a firewall between the Bidens and the Democrat Party. Will the Dems throw Joe Biden to the wolves to save 2024 for Harris?
This is what will happen: They will subpoena Hunter. He won’t show. They will then make a referral to the DOJ to hold him in contempt which will be ignored.
Is it a lifelong bipartisan committee (select?) with media doors that shut and keys to the dc dungeons.

Doesn’t matter what they reveal. Media will ignore, as with the Twitter files.
Besides, hunter has got a big guy get out jail free card (pardon).
Get joe first along with his corrupted regime, then prosecute the crime family.
I wonder if the Big Guy is kicking in at least ten percent of his legal fees.
The mockingbird media must suspect that the GOP is going to do some minimal something, as they have started broadcasting/gaslighting segments on how the laptop is real, but it's a big nothing burger. BUT LOOK HOW BAD THE COMPUTER REPAIR GUY IS!
IS WHAT HE DID EVEN LEGAL? 
I keep pointing out that some of his issues are also state violations and if the DOJ does nothing force it to the states. I don’t believe pardons extend to state crimes and furthermore tax matters civil ones cannot be pardoned.

They all knew and there is no defense for the Biden’s the evidence is on the table it’s brides and deals time to save their filthy hides.
On this one the smartest legal strategy would be for Hunter Biden to skedaddle to Brazil and take up residence there.
I predict the old man (Brandon) will throw his son under the bus and never think twice.
There is hardly a mention of the laptop having DOD encryption keys on it. The House should make that the primary focus. How did he get them? How can the DNC defend a private laptop having DOD keys and routinely going to China with it?
