It is prescribed for weight loss along with another drug. Maybe the one you mentioned. I do think it helps with weigh loss.
Fatigue is part of fibromyalgia and that is what a lot of people use it for.
Even 1 or 2 mg seems to make a difference in side effects to some people so I wouldn’t personally try to split 50s. I do split lots of other tablets, tho.
Consider getting bupropion (Wellbutrin) from another source like I do and making a drug comparable to Contrave by combining with naltrexone. I am interested in hearing your experiences so please keep in touch. Steve
