Kids do not need "fluid" in their lives.

Especially when they are very young.

They need order, structure and certainty.

Which is why when traveling with children you take some of their stuff along (although some people take it overboard). If the kid has their sippy cup of water and favorite toy to cuddle the world is ok.

Remove those thing which to that point have been certainties any you will have a nervous child. Keep changing things so the child never knows what is going to happen at any point and they are going to become terrified.

All of this uncertainty is creating kids who are neurotic.

This is not nature.

This is nurture.

Exactly, my entire family provided that. I had 7 Uncles and Aunts from Moms family living nearby. All could at the catching of a wrong from us kids..all 27 first cousins, were free to spank or reprimand. We got away with stuff, but not with much in our early years. It was an awesome childhood.
