Dietrich Bonhoeffer argued that stupid people are more dangerous than evil ones. This is because while we can protest against or fight evil people, against stupid ones we are defenseless — reasons fall on dead ears. Bonhoeffer's famous text, which we slightly edited for this video, serves any free society as a warning of what can happen when certain people gain too much power.

If planning a coup putting stupid people in key positions is critical because it keeps the number of people aware of what's 'really happening' to a minimum.
And how do you find stupid people who can sit in high positions? Base choices on absurd traits - like sexual kink, or freckles or pigmentation or silly insider 'norms'... high school stuff.
Women's IQ's tend to be clustered around the mean... lots of 'stupid women' to choose from who can be manipulated easily with 'talking points' that allow them to 'look smart' in a competitive environment..
Bonhoeffer was amazing.
That's a joke!
That would be comparable to an American saying that his father used to remark, "A penny saved is a penny earned." Though everyone knows its from "Poor Richard's Almanac" (by Benjamin Franklin).
Mehr Sein als Schein is the commonplace German expression - attributed to Moltke.
The rule of thumb is: When in doubt, attribute it to Goethe or - if it's salacious - to Oscar Wilde.
Regards,
That is who I had heard it was attributed to. But when researching on the web I was just getting her attributing it to her dad. LOL. One can’t trust the MSM to do any research.
