Yes there is a least one chapter documenting it in a book called Netherworld by Robert Temple. There are also numerous other books all citing moving objects by sound including some recent physics experiments, not to mention videos demonstrating stone affinity with sound in megaliths.
Copper corrodes and after 12,800 exposed would be would be wholly gone - as would any remnant of our current civilization.
