Seems very odd. Supposed fatal car crash in Ontario Canada, but I can’t find any article from an actual Ontario source reporting this fatal accident.

I haven’t been able to find a confirmation this was the cause of death. None of the initial reports talk about a car accident... all refer to the death as ‘unexpected’...an odd word for a car accident, which is unexpected by definition?
