These things are apparently excellent for tiny Asian feet (the only definition I saw was on ONE that said foot size 8.5)
I should have at least a 10 and therein is the reason for this thread.
Does anyone have advice and or experience to share?
I'd like to give myself a Christmas present.
You could also consider some electric socks to keep your feet warm. I often get cracked feet in the winter and this helps.
I have a tiny asian. I’d highly recommend getting one.

Please let me know if you find recommendations. I work in healthcare 12 hour shifts running around like mad. The entire sole burns for hours after I get home.
A great message might be less expensive than me trying to buy shoes.
Hoping to stimulate repair due to miles and miles of on shift walking.
I do not trust the bloggers n bots o Amazon to recommend anything.
T2DM is curable with dietary interventions. It’s that or amputation, blindness, and early death. Take your pick. Stop looking for quick fixes in the wrong places. Good luck.

I have a fancy one from Amazon - forget the brand. I’m a small woman with large feet. I was struggling with tendonitis. The first few sessions were torture but I kept using it and it helped. I still use it once a week - a glass of wine, some smooth jazz, and yeah, baby! Better than dating.

Not answering your question, however I’ve found relief with compression socks.
Also, I’ve had two Podiatrist recommend to drink tonic water (Quinine) and it seems to help.
My wife got one...I have about 30-40% neuropathy in my feet, and I love it. Because I have real problems with my feet getting dry and cracked, one of the things I occasionally do is slather up my feet with some greasy stuff like Udder Balm, put plastic bags around each foot, and put a pair of socks on over them. It feels absolutely great.
Also, I turn up the heat and the kneading part as high as it can go, it does a great job on my feet.
I suggest it.
